Dave Spezzaferro

Dave is a New England native, originally from Somerville, Massachusetts now residing in Wells Beach, Maine. His love of people and strong interpersonal skills are a tremendous asset to his professional career.  Dave has managed rental properties for the past ten years, with experience in Facilities Management for over fifteen years in both healthcare and commercial properties.

In his free time, he is an avid New England sports fan, loves to play golf, make wine, travel and spend time with his two daughters and wife.
