Mindy Cohn joined the company as Corporate Counsel in December 2016.  She is responsible for overseeing all legal matters relating to the Company and its affiliates including leasing, acquisitions, financing and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining the Company, Mindy practiced law at Kaye Scholer LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP where she focused on corporate restructuring matters.  Mindy earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
